As a loader, you’ll work in the warehouse and efficiently handle shipping operation. A loader is responsible for loading goods onto trucks, trains, and ships to be transported away and also helps unload goods shipped to the warehouse facility.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build pallets or orders as needed or directed to support successful order fulfillment
- Use appropriate material handling equipment to move product and materials from/to designated locations to support activities in an efficient and safe manner
- Assist the daily housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse
- Stage completed pallets in designated area
- Work accurately to control warehouse inventory to keep shrink at acceptable level
- Adheres to all policies and procedures relating to product age and quality
- Adhere to good manufacturing practices
- Understand the safety culture and strives for 100% compliance concerning safety observations
- Other projects or duties as assigned

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT
- High School diploma or GED
- Capable of lifting heavy loads
- Strong personality
- Energetic and trustworthy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Basic math skills
- Attention to detail
- Self -motivated, enthusiastic, positive and maintain a high degree of integrity
